Jenny Liao

Jenny is a registered bilingual psychologist who believes in helping individuals through their difficulties by assisting them to understand and connect with the deepest part of themselves and their emotions. Jenny utilises a range of approaches, i.e. Intensive Short- term Dynamic Therapy (ISTDP), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, to help her clients through this process. Jenny offers a warm and nurturing space for her clients to process their emotions and traumas while remain goal-oriented in her work. Jenny’s training in educational and developmental psychology also provides her with extensive experience in assessing, treating and diagnosing developmental concerns and disorders, such as ASD, ADHD and learning difficulties. Jenny believes in constantly improving herself in order to be a better individual and therapist.

Joanna Zhu

Joanna is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is also a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the APS College of Clinical Psychologists.

Having grown up in Shanghai and lived in Australia for more than 30 years, Joanna brings deep bicultural understanding to her clinical work. She has extensive experience supporting adults, adolescents, and children from Chinese-speaking backgrounds across both public hospital settings and private practice.

Joanna regularly delivers workshops for school psychologists and parents to enhance understanding of the psychological and developmental needs of Chinese children and adolescents. She is particularly passionate about helping Chinese parents build stronger, healthier relationships with their children, as well as mentoring and supporting the next generation of Chinese-speaking psychologists.

Jane Liang

Jane is a registered bilingual psychologist passionate about helping others overcome mental health challenges, achieve personal goals, improve mental well-being, and lead fulfilling lives.

Jane has earned a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counselling. She specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotional-focused therapy (EFT), and integrated counseling strategies. Jane offers tailored treatment to individuals, couples, and teenagers facing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, social phobia, panic attacks, interpersonal/intimate relationship difficulties, etc.

In addition to psychotherapy, Jane offers assessments for developmental problems, including Autism, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), memory issues, and overall cognitive abilities. 

As an LGBTQ+-friendly psychologist, Jane is committed to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all her clients, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.

Sophia Li

Sophia is a registered bilingual psychologist who believes in each client's innate wisdom, even if it’s not always immediately recognized. She is committed to helping clients uncover and embrace this inner knowledge, guiding them toward personal growth and self-understanding. Sophia's non-authoritative therapeutic approach creates a space of unconditional positive regard where clients feel genuinely supported. Her practice is informed by evidence-based methods, incorporating principles of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment Theory, Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness.

Sophia provides individualized therapy for children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds with a passion for supporting clients facing challenges such as ASD, ADHD, stress, anxiety disorders, interpersonal issues, and trauma.

As an LGBTQ+ affirming psychologist, Sophia is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space for clients of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
